In her practice, Barb works with parties to identify their goals, needs, and interests. She then helps to facilitate a conversation where participants consider ideas and resolutions that value and incorporate what each party has identified. This allows the parties to have a strong interest in maintaining control over the resolution process and avoid court intervention.

Most areas of conflict can be resolved with the willingness of the participants and the assistance of an independent mediator to guide them to settlement.  Barb has resolved conflicts in many areas including:

  • Partnership conflict
